How returns and exchanges work
Please contact Zubaida Aslam before sending any item back. Return or exchange eligibility depends on the product condition, the reason for the request and the order details.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. Customized, altered, made-to-order, worn, washed or customer-damaged items are not eligible unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Approval and return instructions
Please do not send a parcel until our team confirms eligibility and provides return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Shipping, exchanges and refunds
Return shipping responsibility and any approved exchange, store credit or refund method will be confirmed by our team for your order. Original delivery charges may not be refundable.
